When we last encountered the Embody family, matriarch Adelaide had successfully raised her first ten children -- Emmett, August, Emma, Norman, Alysia, Clarissa, Clementine, Anabelle, Bradford, and Candice. But before the tenth had left the nest, Adelaide had given birth to even more!
Because of course she had.
Welcome to Chapter Two...

It is a hot, sultry summer night. Adelaide has rendezvoused with Edison Larue, and soon, Baby #11 arrives! Adelaide names him Leonardo.
Even as she watches her son play, Adelaide can't help but feel sad. That's because she knows her days are numbered. Unless she can get pregnant within the next few days, she will become an Elder. After that... no more kids for her.
Adelaide isn't quite ready for retirement yet, though. She hooks up with Trent Sloane, and they produce... TWINS!
The family's first set of twins! Adelaide names them Serena and Cierra.
Adelaide tries her hardest to make another love connection before it's too late, but the potential mates are playing hard to get.
And so.
Adelaide becomes an elder....
Our Adelaide is now in an awkward situation. She has twin toddlers, a kid son (Leonardo) and a teenage daughter (Candice). The second-born of the toddlers (Cierra) is now destined to be the next matriarch. But will Adelaide be able to cling to life long enough to see her daughters grow into adulthood?
We shall see.
By and by, Cierra and Serena become kids.

Leonardo becomes a teen...
And then... tragedy strikes.
Elders really don't last long in the Sims universe.
Goodbye, sweet Adelaide...
Fortunately for the family, Candice has reached adulthood and is able to raise her younger siblings.
The family is in great mourning over the loss of Adelaide, so they decide to adopt a cat.
The cat's name is Pixel. She wears a red sweater.
Adelaide is memorialized via a copper urn...
Pixel has been in the family about a day and a half when it becomes clear that she is ill. She needs to go to the vet!
Um... how exactly do you build a vet's office? (I wonder.)
Eventually a vet's office is found, and Candice takes Pixel in...
Pixel comes home wearing a cone of shame.
Leonardo, now a teenager, takes on an after-school job as a carpenter...
And the family takes a few late-night fishing excursions...
One night, the ghost of Adelaide appears!
And she makes herself right at home.
Knowing that Sim ghosts have a way of causing mischief and turmoil, the Embody kids decide to set her spirit free. So long, Adelaide!
The twins become teens...
First Serena...
And then Cierra...
That's our girl!
Then it's back to the vet, this time to get Pixel spayed....
Oh, so that's how it's done!
Once that's taken care of, it's time for Leonardo to become a man.
Leonardo's traits include: Business-savvy, gloomy, childish, social, and non-committal.
That last trait means that when Leonardo quits his carpentry job a few minutes later, he's super happy about it!
But then, how could one not be happy when Pixel's in the house?
At last, the twins become adults...
And Serena immediately has a cooking mishap. Unfortunately for her, Leonardo and Cierra are absolutely useless in times of crisis. Leonard stands there yelling "fire!" and Cierra runs outside.
Finally, finally, Leonardo extinguishes the flames...
Miraculously, Serena is okay.
Cierra... yeah, she's still outside.
Serena's traits include: A wannabe writer, a muser, evil, self-assured, and a snob.
Cierra is a mansion baron (she wants a nice house -- hmmm... we'll see), is business-savvy, a cat lover, a slob, and enjoys the outdoors.
Now that Cierra is the head of the household, she redecorates her bedroom in cool blue hues.
Then she sets out to mingle with the neighbors.
Meet the Oasis brothers -- Jack, Joshua, Donovan, and Craig...
Cierra decides to start with Jack.
Jack and Cierra's courtship is quick...
Before the baby's arrival, Adelaide gets a new hairstyle.
Her first baby is a boy! She names him Irving.
Now on to Craig...
Pixel approves!
Irving becomes a toddler...
And here comes Cierra's second baby, a girl named Robyn! Total Embody babies, now? 15.
By now Cierra is a bit tired...
Jack's a very engaged dad, coming over to visit his son Irving regularly...
Robyn is an adorable toddler...
Cierra helps Irving blow out his candles...
...and he become a kid!
Adelaide is pregnant again, this time with Joshua's child. She's only a little weirded out by the fact that these babies are going to be half-siblings as well as, um, cousins.
And it's another girl! Welcome, baby #16, Harley!
Robyn ages into an art-minded kid...
Irving becomes a teen...
And Harley enters toddlerhood...
Adelaide woos the final Oasis brother, Donovan, and together they have baby #17, Gloria...
It's time for some new neighbors to move in! Let's see, who do we have, here...? In the back there's Loki and Thor...
And... yes! We have both versions of Steve Rogers, After and Before!
Gloria ages up...
As does Robyn...
Now that's a cool outfit!
Oh yes, Harley gets to age up, too!
She looks less than thrilled about her newfound kidhood, though...
Cierra and "Before" Steve Rogers have a moment...
And Cierra's first son, Irving, becomes a man! My, how time does fly!
Irving is: Lazy, a Bro, loves music, and is a King of Mischief.
For a brief time, it's an all-girl household...
But the streak comes to an end when Cierra gives birth to "Before" Steve Rogers's son, Blaze, aka Baby #18.
After this, there are a few days of sadness for the Embody family when poor little Pixel runs away.
Eventually, though, she does return!
Then Robyn ages into adulthood...
Robyn wants a successful lineage, and is outgoing, good, and family-oriented.
Baby Blaze enters toddlerdom...
Harley makes this face...
Cierra spends the night with "After" Steve Rogers, and together they produce Baby #19, a girl, Pearl!
Gloria becomes a teen...
Cierra decides she needs a makeover...
Emboldened by her new look, Cierra immediately goes for Loki...
Pearl becomes a toddler...
It's Harley's turn to enter the adult world!
Harley is a computer whiz, a quick learner, good, hot-headed, and a glutton.
Blaze gets ready to age up...
Oh dear. That's... a look....
Cierra gets crafty at her new woodworking table.
A shot of everyone in the household.... Pearl, Gloria, Blaze, Pixel, and a pregnant-with-Loki's-baby Cierra...
It's a boy! Allan. Baby #20!
"So this is my brother's son?" asks Thor, who has just arrived at the house after being specially invited by Cierra.
And I think we all know why Thor is here.
Twenty babies born, eighty to go.
